Position Title: Presales Consultant
Work Location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Sales & Product Managers: Deliver presales technical consultancy and solution design.
- Lead Customer Engagements: Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Develop Technical Documents: Analyze customer requirements and prepare solution proposals, architecture designs, and BOMs.
- Assist with RFP/RFI Responses: Support partner enablement, opportunity qualification, and tender compliance.
- Conduct Training Workshops: Provide training for partners/resellers and internal teams.
- Maintain Technical Certifications: Obtain and maintain certifications for relevant vendor technologies.
- Build Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of company solutions to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Provide Post-Sales Support: Ensure smooth handover and contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Offer Market Insights: Support solution positioning and provide content recommendations.
- Support Business Growth: Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Experience: 3+ years in presales, postsales, or technical consulting - ideally in network security, cybersecurity, or IT distribution.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of network and cybersecurity technologies (network security, application security, endpoint protection, cloud security, identity & access management, SIEM/SOAR).
- Hands-On Vendor Experience: Familiarity with security vendors like Splunk, BeyondTrust, Broadcom Symantec, Zscaler, and others.
- Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Learning Agility: Fast learner with solid IT foundations and an understanding of solution-based selling & new technologies.
- Certifications: CEH, Security+, or relevant vendor certifications are a strong plus.
- Multitasking and Collaboration: Strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Language Proficiency: Good English, both written and spoken.

Các vị trí phổ biến gồm kỹ sư xây dựng, kỹ thuật viên điện, công nhân may mặc, nhân viên kinh doanh, hướng dẫn viên du lịch và giáo viên.
Mức lương trung bình dao động từ 5 đến 12 triệu đồng/tháng, tùy theo ngành nghề và địa phương.
Các tỉnh có nhu cầu tuyển dụng cao là Thanh Hóa, Nghệ An và Thừa Thiên Huế. Khu kinh tế Nghi Sơn, các khu công nghiệp và các doanh nghiệp FDI là nơi hay tuyển lao động. Ngoài ra, lĩnh vực du lịch – dịch vụ ở Huế cũng thu hút nhiều nhân sự. Nguồn lao động địa phương dồi dào, nhưng kỹ năng còn hạn chế, cần được đào tạo thêm. Bắc Trung Bộ đang được đầu tư để phát triển công nghiệp và logistics, tạo thêm nhiều cơ hội việc làm.
