Role Type: Part-time or full-time (full-time is preferred)
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct research on Vietnamese and international laws, legal precedents, case law and other relevant information
- Assist lawyers in preparing articles/alerts, legal advice and reports
- Assist lawyers to prepare for hearings/meetings conducted by the courts, arbitral tribunals and any other relevant competent authorities.
- Legal translation
- Assist lawyers with administrative work.

Requirements
General
- Final-year law students or fresh graduates with a Law degree and high academic achievement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex ideas
- Highly motivated, quick learner with close attention to details
- Excellent analytical, organizational and planning skills
- Ability to handle pressure and sensitive matters; ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution- oriented approach
- Thorough competency with relevant firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new applications.
- Legal research & search skills
- Knowledge of or experience with dispute resolution is a plus

Đồng Bằng Sông Cửu Long (ĐBSCL) là vùng kinh tế trọng điểm ở phía Nam Việt Nam, gồm 13 tỉnh thành như Cần Thơ, An Giang, Đồng Tháp, Tiền Giang, và Sóc Trăng. Khu vực này nổi tiếng với thế mạnh nông nghiệp, thủy sản và chế biến lương thực, là “vựa lúa” lớn nhất cả nước.
