The Creative Lead - Photo & Video is responsible for defining and elevating the brand’s visual storytelling through high-quality photo and video content. The role ensures strong creative direction, consistent execution standards, and compelling brand expression across all customer touchpoints, including campaigns, digital platforms, social media, and in-store communications.
Creative Planning & Visual Direction
- Assist Head of Creative in translating marketing plans and campaign briefs into strong photo & video concepts aligned with brand strategy.
- Define and evolve visual direction, including style, tone, and execution standards for all photography and videography outputs.
- Ensure all visual storytelling frameworks are consistent with brand identity, positioning, and campaign direction.
- Continuously update and refresh visual approach based on market trends, cultural insights, and platform evolution (e.g., social-first formats, short-form video trends, visual storytelling benchmarks).
- Own and maintain creative quality standards, providing clear guidelines to ensure consistent execution across all outputs.
Creative Production & Campaign Delivery
- Lead end-to-end production of photo and video assets, including pre-production, shoot execution, and post-production coordination.
- Oversee production planning and logistics including casting, location scouting, set direction, and shoot preparation.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual assets aligned with campaign timelines and content calendars.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand, and Operations teams to translate campaign requirements into effective visual outputs.
- Support cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, HR, Operations) in developing photo and video content beyond core campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards and creative direction.
- Provide guidance to internal teams on content creation best practices to ensure brand consistency when production is not directly handled by the role.
- Work with Graphic Design team to ensure consistency between static, motion, and photography assets across all channels.
- Partner with Media teams to ensure visual assets are optimized for platform requirements and performance objectives.
- Review and ensure all outputs meet campaign intent, brand guidelines, and channel specifications prior to release.
- Manage asset adaptation and versioning to support multiple formats, channels, and use cases.
- Incorporate performance insights and feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness and production approach.
Vendor & Production Management
- Source, evaluate, and manage external production partners including photographers, videographers, directors, and production houses.
- Manage production budgets, scopes of work, timelines, and deliverables to ensure efficiency and quality output.
- Negotiate with vendors to optimize cost, production quality, and delivery performance.
- Build and maintain a strong network of reliable creative production partners to support scalable content needs.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education/ Training Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Film, Communications, or related fields is preferred.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating photo and video production work is required.
Work Experience
- 07+ years of experience in photography, videography, or creative production roles, with strong involvement in both concept development and execution.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end photo and video production for campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, in-store, etc.).
- Experience working in fast-paced, consumer-facing industries (F&B, retail, lifestyle, FMCG preferred).
- Experience working with external production vendors (photographers, videographers, production houses).
Knowledge of:
- Solid understanding of production techniques (lighting, composition, filming, editing, post-production workflows).
- Good understanding of platform-specific content requirements (social, digital performance, short-form video).
- Proficiency in photo and video production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom or equivalent).
- Familiarity with production equipment and on-set workflows.
Skills (Ability to):
- Strong visual storytelling and creative direction capability for photo and video content.
- Strong project and production management skills (planning, timelines, budgets, coordination).
- Ability to translate marketing briefs into effective visual outputs.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage project priorities to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Ability to articulate and align on creative ideas with stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve creative output.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
Working hours: as per business needs. Typically, 8am-5pm Mon-Friday.

- Ability to work under pressure at times, with an enthusiastic attitude!
