Mô tả Công việc
Purpose:
- Chief Accountant is responsible for overseeing all accounting activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing cost control, and delivering accurate financial reporting to support business.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the general ledgers and all related accounts.
- Maintaining other accounts and performing other accounting duties as required.
- Oversee product costing and ensure accurate cost allocation (materials, labor, overhead).
- Monitor and analyze cost variances; propose cost optimization solutions.
- Work closely with production and operations teams to control manufacturing costs.
- Manage all tax reports (VAT, CIT, WHT...), and submit them to Tax Department.
- Tax reduction and exemption of tax application.
- Handle tax refund procedures and documentation.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasts.
- Monitor budget vs actual performance and provide variance analysis.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
- Manage consolidated financial statements for the group.
- Working with annual audit.
- Working with Tax inspection and state agencies.
- Supervise and develop the accounting team
- Improve accounting systems, processes, and internal controls
- Preparing Accounting reports according to Vietnam law.
- Participating in the management of company registration, registration alteration, factory registration, business registration, and other alteration subjects.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with the Accounting Practitioner Certificate.
- At least 8 years experience in accounting, with 3 years same role from Manufacturing company, accounting firms working experience preferred.
- Knowledge of IFRS, state policies, laws, provisions and regulation.
- Strong experience in costing, tax compliance, tax refund, and financial consolidation
- Knowledge of ERP (Oracle, SAP, Dynamic...), proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
