Design data pipelines to power intelligent recommendations, advanced search, and workflow automation.
Architect and implement core platform services (microservices/APIs) for GenAI applications using Python.
Tweak and optimize backend performance, ensuring scalability, low latency, and high availability.
Integrate, fine- tune, and manage integration flows with major LLM provider APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.).
Optimize prompt engineering and establish testing/evaluation workflows for AI output quality.
Build and operate enterprise information retrieval systems leveraging RAG architecture, Vector Search, and Embeddings.
Work closely with the Product team to translate business requirements into feasible technical solutions.

DevOps & Infrastructure: Practical experience with Containerization & Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with or experience building systems with Go (Golang) (goroutines, channels, backend services) to optimize or transition ultra- high- performance modules is a big plus.
Strong proficiency in asynchronous programming, API performance optimization, and relational database queries (PostgreSQL).
Additional Expertise: Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, Recommendation Systems, or Large- scale Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Proactively research and stay up- to- date with the latest AI/LLM technologies to continuously enhance company products.
Deep understanding of Prompt Engineering, model evaluation methodologies (LLM Evaluation), and Embeddings.
Solid mindset in system architecture: Caching, Message Queues, Asynchronous Tasks, and High- Availability system design.
Hands- on production experience in deploying LLM- powered applications.
Excellent command of English across all 4 skills: Reading technical API/AI documentation, discussing technical solutions, and working directly with the team.
Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams to analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and turn them into optimized technical execution.
