Mô tả Công việc
- Collaborate with garment team leaders to work on product development and sourcing - both woven and knit fabrics
- Provide back scene technical advice to teammates
- Work with design in the USA as well as local teammates to develop their product needs
- Offer product innovations
- Offer New Fabric Collection on a seasonal base
- Identify existing products to be developed along with garment production base to enhance Speed to Market
- Analyze all new fabrics and counter source In the most competitive price
- Maintain Fabric Library in a systematic & tidy environment
- Verifying all FDS vs the fabrics to ensure fabric integrity
and price / lead time competitiveness
- Monitor Fabric Inspection & Testing carried by 3rd party
- Work with mills on any fabric or color production issues
- Monitor the team to update the weekly WIP
- Take on ad-hoc projects
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University graduate in textile field
- Solid experience working in fabric mill will be an advantage
- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in fabric ( Knit, Woven )
- Good Knowledge of woven, knits & warp Knit fabrications in
various fibre contents
- Initiative, diligent , proactive , hardworking, planning, and organizing, can work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Good command of English and sound PC knowledge.
- Domestic /Overseas travels are required.
- Superior score in Munsell Test
- Immediate availability is highly preferable
