Position: E-Scooter Attribute Engineer
Working Location: Haiphong

Job Descriptions:
- Define vehicle attribute targets for E-Scooter projects including structural, energy management, and ride and handling performance.
- Conduct benchmarking studies on competitor scooters to establish competitive performance targets.
- Analyze test and simulation data to align attribute targets with vehicle performance objectives.
- Coordinate with simulation, testing, and design teams to finalize Vehicle Target Setting (VTS)
- Participate in benchmarking, testing, and PALS/FL activities to collect attribute data
- Track attribute performance throughout development and propose target adjustments when required.
- Prepare technical reports and present attribute status to project stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Structural, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle attribute engineering or vehicle testing.
- Strong knowledge of ride and handling, structural performance, or energy management.
- Experience working with benchmark data and test-based target definition.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure and manage multiple technical topics.
- Good English communication skills.
