SCOPE OF WORK
As the Casino Promotion & Event Operations Assistant Manager / Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution and operational management of casino promotions, gaming tournaments, and events. This role focuses on planning, coordination, logistics, vendor management, and onsite execution to ensure all activities are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. You will work closely with internal departments and external partners to create seamless and memorable guest experiences while ensuring operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Promotion & Tournament Operations
- Execute casino promotions and gaming tournaments in accordance with approved plans and business objectives.
- Coordinate all operational requirements, including participant registration, prize fulfilment, event setup, and execution procedures.
- Prepare and maintain promotion and tournament documentation, SOPs, operational checklists, and reporting records.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and gaming policies.
- Monitor promotion and tournament activities during execution and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
Event Planning & Execution
- Coordinate and execute casino events, including VIP functions, themed events, entertainment programs, and special activations.
- Develop event timelines, run sheets, operational plans, and execution schedules.
- Manage event logistics, venue setup, production requirements, transportation, guest flow, and onsite operations.
- Coordinate and supervise vendors, suppliers, entertainers, and event contractors to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Lead onsite event operations and troubleshoot issues to ensure a smooth and premium guest experience.
Cross-Department Coordination
- Work closely with Gaming Operations, Marketing, Player Development, F&B, Security, Finance, Hotel Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure successful event and promotion execution.
- Conduct operational briefings and communicate event requirements to all relevant teams.
- Ensure all departments are aligned on event schedules, responsibilities, and service standards.
- Maintain clear communication and follow-up with stakeholders throughout the planning and execution phases.
Budget Control & Administration
- Track event and promotion expenses against approved budgets.
- Manage vendor quotations, purchase requests, contracts, and payment documentation.
- Ensure cost-effective execution while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare post-event reports, attendance summaries, operational evaluations, and recommendations for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6+ years of experience in event operations, casino operations, hospitality, integrated resorts, entertainment, or large-scale event management.
- Strong experience in event logistics, operational planning, vendor management, and onsite execution.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; Vietnamese and/or Chinese/Korean is an advantage.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and event days when required.
- Environment: Dynamic, fast-paced, and high-pressure gaming environment.
