Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
Monitoring all kind of leaves for all engineering staff (annual leaves, sick leave…etc…).
Work with Accounting Department to resolve any problems associated with purchase orders / contract / invoice and relevant issue.
Show initiative to overcome problems or obstacles to ensure that completion targets are met.
Process requisition orders and distribute paperwork to accounts payable and requesting department; receive orders for operation and maintenance.
Able to work under pressure during busy times.
Demonstrate cooperation and trust with colleagues, supervisor and across departments.
Respond positively to changes in the workplace.
Participate, support and attend training programs as scheduled.
Show commitment to all tasks, work & project delegated to ensure that completion targets are met.
Responsible for making sure all employees adhere to Brand Standards
Daily attending all kind of administration works (dealing with correspondences, monthly and weekly reports…) in the department office.
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Maintain Engineering office supplies full
To report for duty punctually, wearing the Resort uniform and other attributes at all times.
Manage daily and weekly payroll and overtime reports for salary calculation purpose.
Entail upkeep of various filing systems, to ensure files are organized and accessible at any given time. Maintain emergency contact lists, contractors, vendors updated
Placing roster / scheduling time attendants and making attendant reports for all staff for salary calculation purpose.

Can work on a rotated shift.
Can consolidate shattered information to generate outcomes aligned with the department&039;s needs.
Good Microsoft Office Skills, especially in Excel.
Demonstrate the true responsiveness to all assigned tasks.
Candidates with at least one service year in the same position are preferred.
Must have quick adaptability to effectively work in a fast- paced environment.
Good English skills, both written and oral.
Be meticulous, and attentive to details.
Possess a Degree in Administrative Management or in relevant fields.
