•To uphold Pullman Da Nang Beach Resort’s standards and to be responsive to the instructions of the Restaurant Supervisor / Restaurant Manager. The role of the Restaurant Hostess-Cashier is to assist with the effortless and seamless delivery of all food and beverage services from the Restaurant while ensuring the accuracy and payment of all final bills / accounts.
• Accept payment for guests’ restaurant & bar accounts/bills as per the resort standards.
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the Restaurant in accordance with hotel standards and the goals of Pullman Da Nang Beach Resort.
• Assist guests with being allocated and seated at a restaurant table.
• Handle restaurant reservations promptly and efficiently, whilst promoting in-house facilities.

• High school, diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent education required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• One to two years in a public contact position or other restaurant operation.
