This position will be reported directly to Procurement Manager

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage procurement activities for hotel and FB projects, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of services, OS&E and FF&E.

· Review and process purchase requests, ensuring compliance with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.

· Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and conduct cost comparisons to achieve best value.

· Coordinate with project, operations teams and other departments to ensure timely delivery and installation of goods.

· Monitor order status and logistics to support project schedules.

· Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation.

· Ensure compliance with quality standards and brand requirements.

· Manage import processes, including coordination with freight forwarders, customs clearance, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

· Adhere to internal control Policy and Procedure throughout the department, regarding receiving, inventory control and issuing processes.

· Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Full Salary in 2-month probation.

· At least Bachelor degree in Hotel management, Foreign Trade, Accounting, or related fields

· At least 3 year of experience in a purchasing team member in hotel industry.

· Strong knowledge of OSE & FFE categories and suppliers.

· Having experience in the pre-opening phase is a competitive advantage.

· Be familiar with sourcing and supplier, vendor management.

· Good networking and strong negotiation skills.

· High sense of responsibility, integrity, transparency, and commitment.

· Adequate written and verbal communication skills in English, and computer literate.
