Maintain a high- profile presence in the lounge, building strong relationships with VIP and long- stay guests, anticipating their needs, and personalized preferences.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (HACCP standards) across all lounge dining and pantry areas.
Oversee the daily operations of the Monogram Lounge, ensuring all private check- in, check- out, and concierge services are executed flawlessly and discreetly.
Evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster a highly motivated, elite service team culture.
Conduct daily shift briefings and lead continuous training on premium front- desk operations, luxury F&B service, guest history management, and upscale grooming standards.
Partner closely with the Culinary/F&B team to ensure that all buffet presentations, afternoon tea sets, and evening cocktail offerings are premium, visually stunning, and meticulously temperature- controlled.
Manage the monthly scheduling, shift rosters, and daily task assignments for the Monogram Lounge supervisors and attendants based on occupancy and VIP arrivals.
Actively handle and resolve complex guest complaints or feedback in the lounge with extreme professionalism, utilizing service recovery techniques.
Supervise the lounge attendants to ensure proper table settings, chinaware handling, and execution of high- end beverage/wine service.

Ability to resolve guest complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum 1- 2 years of supervisory experience in Executive Lounge / Club Lounge in a 5- star international hotel.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Good communication in English (both spoken and written); knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage.
