- Assist the Recreation Manager in managing and supervising all recreation operations.

- Supervise sports areas, pool, beach, fitness and recreational activities in compliance with safety and service standards.

- Plan, organize and coordinate recreational programs, sports activities and interactive games for guests.

- Support in training, assigning tasks and monitoring the performance of the recreation team.

- Inspect recreational facilities and equipment to ensure they are safe and well-maintained.

- Assist in handling emergencies or incidents at the pool, beach or activity areas.

- Ensure all areas are clean, organized and provide a pleasant, friendly atmosphere for guests.

- Interact with guests, assist with needs and handle complaints related to recreation services.

- Review operational reports, guest usage statistics and propose improvements for the department.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Recreation Manager/Director.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recreation, leisure, or hospitality operations.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and guest service skills.

- Ability to organize events and recreational programs creatively.

- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.

- Fluent English communication skills preferred.
