- Create and maintain elegant floral displays for rooms, villas, public spaces, F&B outlets, and events.

- Ensure freshness, color harmony, and consistency in all flower arrangements.

- Manage flower inventory, ordering, cost control, and maintenance of equipment and tools.

- Lead, train, and inspire a team of florists to achieve excellence in creativity and service quality.

- Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B, Events, and Front Office to meet guest and operational needs.

- Handle guest requests, feedback, and internal communications with professionalism and care.

- Uphold brand standards, hygiene, safety, and grooming policies at all times.

- Contribute innovative ideas for seasonal and special-event floral designs.

- Strong artistic sense and deep knowledge of floral design, color theory, and arrangement techniques.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills; fluent English preferred.
