- After the patrol, record patrol log

- Secure hotel business by escorting anyone suspicious or someone who is causing trouble

- Make sure the employee who has been suspended from work is not be allowed in the company and has limited access to the company for a specified period.

- Respond actively in emergencies such as fire, explosion, and flood.

- Manage all keys, including the hotel's master key.

- Make sure to check 'Withdrawal Pass' for any withdrawal items. Confirm that the item and quantity match on the pass.

- All employees are required to enter through the employee's doorway, and visitors are required to confirm their identity and issue a pass.

- Watch closed-circuit television (CCTV) and 'safety alarm systems'. If any abnormality is found, report it immediately to the manager and take action.

- Effective handling of accidents occurring during work.

- Identify and report safety violations.

- Protect employees, customers, and assets in the event of an emergency.

- Aware of the cash protection procedure of the hotel, and report to the person in charge of safety management and the relevant department head if violated.

- Effectively monitor and control access to public areas, warehouse areas, employee service areas, and parking areas.

- First-aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation qualifications should be acquired and first aid treatment performed if necessary.

- Help employees and customers get timely medical attention.

- Understand the principle of "protection mission".

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position at a 4–5-star hotel or resort.

• Knowledge of safety regulations, fire prevention, and emergency procedures.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage

• Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information professionally.

• Background in military or police service is an advantage.
