- Understanding department’s and hotel’s product, and upsell to the guest, or recommend hotel products to the guest

- Together with GRM/FOM to ensure the section upselling plan is workable and financial target achievable

- Identify training need, propose training plan, and conduct the training to Concierge team member

- Supervise Concierge operation, Driver operation and Staffs

- Ensures that all Concierge and Drivers are neat, clean and punctual at all times and that they perform the task assigned to them promptly and efficiently

- Conduct shift briefings, department meeting to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known

- Maintain detailed knowledge of the activities of the day and alert to any potential problems

- Provide information pertaining to all hotel services, local places of interests, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing tours and any other information likely to be of the interest to guests

- Maintain adequate supplies of forms, brochures and ensure they are presented in line with hotel standards

- Manage all incoming guest mail, messages, telexes, facsimiles and special deliveries, in accordance with policy

- Manage outgoing guest mail, courier services, postage of parcels and freighting as directed by guests

- Upselling daily transportation and tour

- Upselling daily resort activities and service

- Arrange the daily transport operation in terms of hotel cars and driver assignment to ensure daily transport operation is well organized and smoothly run

- In charge of the duty roster, manning, required section paper work.

- Ensure to arrange suitable roster for Concierge team to join compulsory training course providing by HR or Cooperation

- Ensure to provide enough day off, clearing pending day for Concierge team which follow strictly labor law

- Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Tối thiểu 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm trong bộ phận Concierge, Lễ tân hoặc Dịch vụ khách hàng trong ngành khách sạn.

• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Kỹ năng giao tiếp, chăm sóc khách hàng và giải quyết vấn đề xuất sắc.

• Strong knowledge of local attractions, transportation, restaurants, and tourism services.

Am hiểu các điểm tham quan địa phương, phương tiện di chuyển, nhà hàng và dịch vụ du lịch.

• Ability to handle VIP guests and special requests professionally.

Khả năng phục vụ khách VIP và xử lý các yêu cầu đặc biệt một cách chuyên nghiệp.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực và quản lý nhiều công việc cùng lúc.

• Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
