- Proactively service customers to leave satisfactorily

- Business standard ability (MS-Office and Opera etc)

- Knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and general knowledge of the area (tourist information, etc.)

- 2-year college graduate, bachelor degree preferred(Hotel management related major preferred)

- Experience in various cultural backgrounds preferred

- Good English communication skills
