JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and detail-oriented People & Culture Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will immerse yourself in the daily operations of a 5-star international resort’s HR department. You will support various functions including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and administration, while learning how to foster our signature "Yes I Can!" service philosophy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Talent Acquisition Support: Assist with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the candidate database.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Help prepare welcome kits, arrange orientation materials for new hires, and assist with employee exit logistics.
• Internal Communication & Engagement: Support the organization of staff activities, team-building events, town halls, and monthly birthday parties to boost employee morale.
• HR Administration: Assist in maintaining accurate employee records (both digital and physical), tracking attendance, and preparing HR-related documents/memos.
• Learning & Development: Support the training team in coordinating training sessions, preparing materials, and tracking completion records.
• General Support: Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the People & Culture team.

• Monthly Allowance: VND 1,500,000 / month.

• Final-year students or recent graduates majoring in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, English, or related fields.
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Canva or design skills are a big plus!
• A positive attitude, eager to learn, and a genuine passion for people and the hospitality industry.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Full-time commitment for a minimum of 3 to 6 months.
