Mô tả công việc

After the recent completion of its comprehensive renovation in early 2026, Grand Plaza Hanoi Hotel has evolved from its classic gold-plated heritage into a refined “all-in-one” luxury destination.

As part of this new chapter, the hotel is strengthening its F&B offerings and lifestyle-driven guest experiences, with a focus on premium dining, event opportunities, corporate partnerships, and high-quality service standards.

To support this direction, we are currently seeking a dynamic and commercially driven F&B Sales Manager to develop F&B business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and expand the hotel’s presence across dining, banquet, corporate, and lifestyle segments.

I. Position Overview

The F&B Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth for the hotel’s Food & Beverage outlets, banquet services, pri

vate dining, corporate events, and lifestyle-driven F&B experiences. This role focuses on developing business opportunities, expanding client networks, increasing F&B sales performance, and strengthening Grand Plaza Hanoi Hotel’s positioning as a refined dining and event destination within the 5-star hospitality segment.

Reports directly to: Director of Sales and Marketing

II. Key Responsibilities

1. F&B Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue for the hotel’s F&B outlets, banquet services, private dining, and event-related F&B business.
  • Identify target customer segments, including corporate clients, MICE groups, government delegations, social event clients, lifestyle customers, and local dining guests.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer behavior, and dining/event demand to adjust sales plans effectively.

2. Revenue Generation & Performance Management

  • Drive F&B revenue growth to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Promote and sell F&B packages, banquet menus, meeting/event dining packages, group dining, private functions, and seasonal promotions.
  • Work closely with the F&B Operations team, Banquet team, Kitchen team, and Revenue/Commercial team to maximize sales opportunities and profitability.
  • Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, revenue contribution, and client feedback to improve business results.

3. Business Development & Client Relations

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, embassies, travel agencies, event planners, wedding planners, lifestyle brands, and key business partners.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities for dining, banquets, meetings, events, celebrations, and special occasions.
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, client meetings, and presentations to promote the hotel’s F&B venues and services.
  • Represent the hotel in networking events, client entertainment activities, trade shows, and relevant industry events.

4. Event & Banquet Sales Support

  • Work closely with the Banquet, Event, and F&B Operations teams to handle client requirements from inquiry stage to event confirmation.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and customized F&B packages based on client needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and proper handover of confirmed events.
  • Follow up with clients after events to collect feedback, maintain relationships, and generate repeat business.

5. Sales & Marketing Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop F&B campaigns, seasonal promotions, dining packages, festive offers, and lifestyle activations.
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to support the development of attractive F&B products and promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistent positioning and communication of the hotel’s F&B offerings across all sales and marketing channels.
  • Support content ideas and promotional angles for F&B outlets, events, and special dining experiences.

6. Reporting & Market Intelligence

  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, revenue forecasts, and client activity reports for the Management team.
  • Monitor competitor F&B promotions, banquet packages, pricing, and market activities.
  • Analyze sales data and market information to recommend actions that improve F&B sales performance and profitability.
  • Maintain an updated client database and track all sales activities accurately.

IV. Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B sales, banquet sales, hotel sales, event sales, or related commercial roles.
  • Prior experience in a 4–5 star hotel, restaurant group, banquet/event venue, or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Good coordination skills and ability to work closely with F&B Operations, Kitchen, Banquet, Marketing, and other related departments.
  • Commercial mindset, proactive attitude, customer-oriented approach, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English; Korean or other additional languages are an advantage.
