• Prepare and present monthly business performance reports, analysing sales trends among key clients, business segments, and emerging opportunities.
• Oversee the forecasting, financial planning, and annual budgeting process for the sales team.
• Perform extensive market and competitor research to uncover potential growth opportunities.
• Assess various sales initiatives, including pricing strategies, to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing sales and margins.
• Contribute to setting annual SIP targets and monitor quarterly performance.
• Develop compelling dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate critical business metrics.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects to support strategic business objectives as needed.

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 4-5 years of experience in business or financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for modelling and data analysis.
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI and Python is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and apply research methodologies to develop comprehensive reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven success in building strong working relationships with key decision-makers.
• Highly motivated, well-organised, capable of managing time effectively with a growth mindset.
