ComLIMS Applications (ComLIMS-OFFER and ComLIMS-QUOTATION) are Applications managed at Group level by the Group ComLIMS Team.
ComLIMS-OFFER enables to manage the repository of services sold/cross-sold and mostly produced/performed by Eurofins laboratories, exceptionally by External Subcontractors.
ComLIMS-QUOTATION enables sales teams to create/maintain Quotations for Trade Accounts (Prospects and Customers).
The ComLIMS Applications are key tools to the sales process. In addition, they interact strongly with other Eurofins Applications (CRM, EOL, OSO, eLIMS, etc.).
Through the ComLIMS Applications, the Group ComLIMS Team provides tools
- For a Production Lab/Site (Lab-P) to manage the Commercial Items that it produces
- For a Sales Lab/Site (Lab-S) to manage the Commercial Items it sells, its Quotation Portfolio, its Sales Catalogues Portfolio, ...
A wide range of options and concepts are available through the ComLIMS Applications as they cover the business requirements of several Divisions (Food and Feed Testing, Environment Testing, Product Testing, Biopharma Product Testing).
Trách nhiệm chung (General duties)
The CLR must liaise with the IT Solution Manager (NDSC) to check the accordance between the chosen strategy and the version of eLIMS deployed (or planned to be deployed) in the Lab/Sites of the ND and the possible evolutions of eLIMS.
1.1 Help the Managing Director to define strategies to structure the services produced by the national division (Lab Portfolios) using ComLIMS concepts, and strategies to structure the services sold or cross-sold by the national division
This includes strategies for (non-exhaustive list):
- Defining Lab Portfolios
- Defining the Customer Sales Catalogue Portfolios
- Structuring the Quotations per Customer
- Defining rules on how to assign Rights for ComLIMS Applications
- (when available) Defining the rules to manage / modify Commercial Customer Frameworks, Commercial Customer Frameworks Templates, Quotation Templates, use of Global Discounts (which ones?), Rush Level Surcharges
1.2 Supervise and maintain the national division, commercial item Portfolio to ensure that it is in agreement with the defined strategies and in agreement with the Group ComLIMS Team
This includes:
- Defining and implementing a clear information flow involving the Quality manager, Production manager to ensure that technical (Core Characteristics of the Analytical Method, etc..) and non-technical (TAT Setup, etc..) information of Tests Performed in BU is up-to-date and do not deviate from what is produced in the Lab/Sites;
- Defining and implementing a strategy to check the ComLIMS Data under his/her responsibility (subscriptions to ComLIMS Alerts, etc.), manage the maintenance requests sent by the Group ComLIMS Team (ComLIMS data check, etc.);
- Defining a strategy to give ComLIMS Rights (who should be authorised to create/modify which items)
- Defining workflows for the following scenario: how to manage Tests performeded by External Subcontractors (review regularly technical information);
- Ensuring that best practice for Interco Subcontracting as Lab-P is respected;
- Organizing audits in the Lab/Sites under ihis/her responsibility to ensure that the Lab/Site CLRs are implementing the strategies defined in point 2.1 and 2.2.
1.3 Organise the ComLIMS Community under his/her national division ComLIMS responsibility
This includes
- Ensuring each Lab/Site has a Lab/Site ComLIMS Responsible;
- Training and supervising the Lab/Site ComLIMS Responsibles and key users of his/her national division;
- Organising the help desk (Level 2) for ComLIMS Users of his/her ComLIMS community;
- Dispatching the information related to ComLIMS he/she receives from the Group CLR to the Lab/Site CLR under his/her responsibility if appropriate;
- Attending ComLIMS Customer Forum, Group ComLIMS training sessions, read all the documentation sent by the Group CLR;
- Reporting relevant Business Requirements from his/her National Division to the Group CLR, reporting bugs that have been encountered in ComLIMS to the Group CLR (can be delegated to Lab/Site CLR);
- Requesting ComLIMS Rights for (new) ComLIMS Users within his/her ND (can be delegated to Lab/Site CLR);
- For new Lab/Sites in the ND: Presenting ComLIMS tools and strategies defined by the national division, helping them to define their Lab-P Portfolio (check in particular the initial Excel upload of Tests), Lab-S Portfolio, etc.Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Kinh nghiệm (Experiences): 1-2 years of experience in testing lab.
Trình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major): Bachelor degree in chemical
Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills): Fluent in English (especially in listening and speaking)
