We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to support testing service operations within the TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certification) industry.

This role acts as the key coordinator between customers, laboratories, and internal departments to ensure testing projects are handled smoothly—from sample receipt to report issuance and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service Operations

• Receive Test Request Forms (TRF) directly from customers or Sales teams
• Verify all related information against actual received samples before updating into the internal system
• Ensure sample details, testing requirements, and customer information are accurate and aligned

2. Sample & Testing Coordination

• Transfer verified samples and related TRFs to relevant laboratory divisions, including:
  • Softlines Physical Lab
  • Chemical Lab
  • Footwear Lab
  • Subcontractors
• Coordinate with laboratories to ensure testing progress is aligned with committed turnaround times (Normal / Express / Priority services)

3. Quotation & Customer Support

• Prepare and issue quotations to customers
• Coordinate with Sales teams to obtain approvals when required before testing proceeds
• Support customer inquiries regarding:
  • Company testing services
  • Testing scope
  • Applicable regulations and compliance requirements related to customer products

4. Report Preparation & Delivery

• Complete report typing and ensure reports are properly reviewed before release
• Coordinate with Lab Technicians and Report Checkers to clarify technical issues when necessary
• Ensure final reports are delivered to customers accurately and within committed timelines

5. Invoicing & Documentation

• Ensure invoices and daily / weekly / monthly summaries are issued and sent to customers on time after job completion
• Support debt collection follow-up activities to help achieve the company’s DSO targets

6. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with both local and global customers through:
  • Fast response time
  • Effective communication
  • Professional support
• Support GKAMs, Local KAMs, and Line Managers in assigned customer-related activities

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service roles, prefer experiences in TIC laboratories (Testing, Inspection & Certification industry) is mandatory
• Experience working with laboratory operations, testing coordination, or technical service environments is highly preferred

Education

• College degree or above in:
  • Business Administration
  • Economics
  • Public Administration
  • Or related fields

Language Skills

• Good command of English communication, including:
  • Reading technical documents
  • Email writing
  • Daily communication with customers and internal teams

Other Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Good time management and multitasking ability
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
