• Handle guest enquiries and reservations via phone, email and other channels.
• Provide accurate information on room types, rates, hotel facilities and services.
• Upsell and promote hotel products to maximize revenue.
• Process new bookings, amendments, extensions and early departures.
• Arrange accommodation, visas and activities for different guest segments.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
• Maintain reservation records and departmental documents.
• Follow hotel safety, hygiene and service standards.
• Attend meetings, briefings and trainings as assigned.

• Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office or a similar hotel position is preferred
• Good knowledge of hotel products, room types, rates and reservation procedures
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
• Service oriented with an eye for details
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
