Mô tả công việc

Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Post job openings and proactively source high-quality candidates through recruitment platforms, social media, and Accor’s internal networks.
Screening & Interview Coordination: Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule technical interviews with Department Heads (HODs).
Casual Labor Management: Recruit, coordinate, and maintain a strong casual labor network (via Zalo/Facebook groups) to meet operational demands during peak seasons.
Onboarding Support & Logistics: Prepare Offer Letters and coordinate logistics for newcomers, including Heartist House accommodation, uniforms, lockers, and Relocation Allowances.
University & School Relations: Partner with universities, colleges, and vocational schools to source and attract talent for the resort's Internship/Trainee programs.
Onboarding & Training Support: Welcome and guide new hires on their first day, and assist the P&C team in organizing orientation and onboarding training programs.
Employee Engagement Support: Collaborate with the P&C team to plan and execute internal events, such as Monthly Birthdays, Year-End Parties, and sports clubs.
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date recruitment reports and manage the candidate database systematically for future talent pooling.
Perform other duties as assigned by leaders and Management Team.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in recruitment is highly preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with candidates.
Good command of English (both verbal and written) is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms for sourcing.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a hospitality environment.
Good organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
Strong teamwork mindset with a supportive and helpful attitude.
