Mô tả công việc
- You personalize interactions within the service process, aiming to make each visit to the Regent Phu Quoc bars as memorable and unique as possible
- Tailor menu recommendations to guests for both food and beverage items. You do this by genuinely listening to the guest’s preferences and making recommendations accordingly
- Acknowledge guests and remember dining preferences as well as their names and preferred seating. You look for opportunities to positively surprise guests through small or large gestures and acts of kindness
- You inform guests about activities that will take place in Regent and around Phu Quoc Island in order to contribute to a pleasant stay for our guests
- You know how to upsell quality products and use suggestive selling in order to complement products, resulting in a higher average spending and overall revenue increase
- You remember and take orders without prompting, resulting in a seamless service delivery
- Ensure all tables are setup according to the resort’s standards and that service stations are fully stocked and ready for operation
- You responsibly handle cash and credit card payments, by carefully recording transactions in the Point of Sale System, resulting in an accurate daily report at the end of the day
- Make sure the bars and the surrounding areas are spotlessly clean. You do this by following cleaning checklists, but also by taking control and inspect the areas on a regular base
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time

- Appealing remuneration including service charge as revenue (100% salary and service charge during probation period)
- 14 annual leave, 2 days off per week
- Relocation, repatriation and home leave allowance
- Rest and relaxation: 1 million per 3 service months

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hospitality Skills or related field
- 1-year minimum in five-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Working with multi-cultural teams
- Be aware of all Health, Safety and Fire regulations and abide by their terms
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene at all times
- Ensure that full uniform is worn at all times
- Support and adhere to the equal opportunities policy of the company
- Able to communicate in English
