Job Description
- Identify, develop, and expand the dealer network and acquire new customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth.
- Develop sales plans and implement business development and market expansion activities.
- Introduce, present, consult on, and negotiate the company's products with customers.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and recommend business improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth sales and delivery processes.
- Follow up on customer payments and support timely debt collection.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Requirements
- College or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Dealer Management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, energetic, responsible, and results-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Willing to travel for business when required.
