Data Collection, Validation & Consolidation, 40%
Coordinate with sales staff to collect end-user, distributor, market, channel development, competitor promotion, and field activity data according to the reporting schedule.
Follow up with sales staff to ensure that all required data, comments, and explanations are submitted completely and on time.
Validate, reconcile, and cross-check information received from sales staff and relevant departments before reporting and analysis.
Identify missing, inconsistent, or abnormal data and work with the sales staff responsible to clarify and correct discrepancies.
Maintain structured source files, reporting databases, historical records, and master data for further analysis.
Management Reporting & Dashboard Preparation, 45%
Prepare and consolidate weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc management reports for the sales function.
Analyze sales performance by region, distributor, customer, product, channel, period, and other relevant dimensions.
Develop and maintain master data.
Ensure that reports are accurate, consistent, well-structured, and submitted within the required timeline.
Prepare presentations, executive summaries, and business review materials.
Respond promptly to additional management questions, report revisions, and ad hoc data requests.
Marketing Support & Technical Department Administration, 10%
Support data collection, consolidation, tracking, and reporting for Marketing programs, promotional activities, distributor engagement initiatives, and post-activity reviews.
Assist in preparing presentations, performance summaries, and supporting documents for Marketing activities when required.
Provide administrative support to the Technical Department, including document preparation, filing, meeting coordination, maintenance of departmental records, and follow-up of assigned actions.
Coordinate with relevant departments to collect and organize information required for Marketing and Technical Department activities.
Reporting Process Follow-up & Coordination, 5%
Maintain electronic filing systems, reporting archives, and complete supporting documentation.
Coordinate with sales staff and relevant functions to ensure that required information, clarifications, and assigned reporting actions are completed on time.
OTHER DUTIES
Perform other reporting, analytical, coordination, Marketing support, or Technical Department administration assignments as requested by the TCD Supervisor or Management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
College or University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in reporting, commercial support, business analysis, or a similar role is preferred.
Experience in supporting management reports, presentations, and cross-functional coordination.
Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to meet multiple deadlines.
Able to communicate in English
