Mô tả công việc
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Promote the company's products and services to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and other sales-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery of services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Participate in sales events, exhibitions, networking activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales; experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
