Mô tả Công việc
- Candidates with experience in Oil & Gas, Marine or Offshore industry are preferred
- Support Procurement Department
- Receive purchase requisitions for purchased items and manages approval process
- Review supplier’s quotation / terms and conditions, negotiate contractions and monitor the quality of service provided
- Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with overseas suppliers
- Ensure all procurements are performed in accordance to company’s policies and procedures
- Perform supplier re-evaluation periodically and ensure all required information, documentation; such as ISO Certificate, mill certificate are provided by suppliers
- Perform regular benchmarks, sourcing activities to ensure a continuous cost control
- Monitor and renew running contracts
- Monitor in-house inventory (Consumables) and sufficiently replenished to meet outlets' demands
- Maintain and update approved supplier list
- Knowledgeable in handling Shipping documents, incoming shipment clearance will a plus
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned from time to time
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Suitable for those who wants to seize the opportunity to advance their skills and knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience in Oil and Gas, Marine & Offshore industry
- Proficient in Microsoft office Applications
- Proficient in English
- Able to work independently under minimal supervision, meticulous and organizes
