Mô tả công việc
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and villa dining services, ensuring 5-star service standards.
- Team Leadership & Training: Supervise, mentor, and schedule Heads of Departments (HODs) like Restaurant Managers and Bar Captains, while driving continuous service training.
- Financial & Inventory Control: Monitor departmental budgets, manage labor costs, and oversee inventory controls for food, beverage, and operating equipment.
- Guest Satisfaction & Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of food presentation and guest service, actively handling feedback to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
- Event & Promotion Coordination: Collaborate on the planning and execution of special events, culinary promotions, and festive beach or buffet operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Assistant F&B Manager/Relevant positions in a 4 or 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record in leading large multicultural teams, conflict resolution, and motivational leadership.
- Financial Acumen: Strong expertise in budgeting, P&L analysis, food cost percentages, and revenue management.
- Operational Knowledge: Deep understanding of luxury hospitality trends, fine dining service protocols, and wine/beverage pairing.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both spoken and written) for seamless corporate reporting and international guest relations.
- Personal Attributes: Exceptional communication skills, problem-solving agility, high emotional intelligence, and ability to work under high-pressure situations.
- Good English communication
