Mô tả công việc
• Check payment requests and original documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures and regulations, tax and accounting laws
• Make payments in cash or bank transfers to suppliers, and make internal payments after payment documents have been approved
• Prepare collection documents for transactions except sales collection and customer debt collection
• Reconcile revenue, expenditure, and cash balance with the treasurer at the end of each day to ensure the data on the accounting book matches the cash book
• Check and reconcile outstanding debt notices and bank account balances daily
• Plan expenses incurred during the month and pre-allocated expenses
• Monitor payables to suppliers, determine monthly payables
• Monitor advances and internal payments
• Store documents and calculate input VAT
• Prepare payment documents for amounts payable to the state budget
• Monitor fluctuations in fixed assets, tools and equipment, plan increases and decreases in original prices, depreciation, and allocation of tool and tool costs
• Coordinate with relevant departments to periodically or irregularly inventory materials, goods, tools and assets
• Report cases of damage or loss of property, tools, and suggest solutions
• Performing other tasks as assigned by superior

•Graduated from college or higher and majoring in Financial Accounting
• Having knowledge of law
