JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for supervising the day-to-day IT operations of the hotel, ensuring the smooth, secure and reliable functioning of all computer systems, networks, servers and related equipment. The IT Supervisor leads and guides the IT team in delivering technical support, maintaining system security, and ensuring the availability of hardware and software solutions across all departments.
He/she will assist the IT Manager in the administration and support of the Company's PCs, servers, network infrastructure, PMS, POS and related systems, while directly supervising and coaching IT Executives/Officers in their daily duties.
IT Operations
• Supervise the daily IT operations of the hotel, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of hardware, software and network issues
• Assign, monitor and review the daily tasks of IT Executives/Officers, ensuring service standards and response times are met
• Support and administer Windows Servers, network infrastructure, and property systems including PMS and POS
• Monitor system backups, data security and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard business-critical information
• Conduct regular system health checks and capacity planning studies to ensure optimum performance of servers and network
• Provide and oversee in-house guest IT-related troubleshooting, escalating complex issues as required
• Oversee the installation, testing and configuration of workstations, peripheral equipment and software, including IT setup for onboarding of new employees
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on IT equipment maintenance, service contracts and warranty matters
• Assist the IT Manager in monitoring the IT operating budget, software licensing and IT asset inventory
• Ensure compliance with Accor IT policies, cybersecurity standards and data protection regulations
• Train, coach and develop IT Executives/Officers, and support IT-related training for other departments
Other Responsibilities
• Be aware of and ensure the IT team's compliance with the hotel's fire & life safety/emergency procedures
• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the Management

Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledge and Experience
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead capacity
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Sound knowledge of Windows Server, network administration, and hotel systems such as PMS and POS
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and data backup/recovery procedures
