Mô tả Công việc
1. Import Operations
· Coordinate import shipments from overseas suppliers to ensure timely customs clearance and delivery.
· Prepare, review, and submit import documentation, including customs declarations and supporting documents.
· Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, couriers, and relevant authorities to complete customs clearance and specialized import procedures, including phytosanitary inspection, food safety inspection, and other regulatory requirements, where applicable.
· Monitor import permits, inspection results, and customs clearance status to ensure compliance with Vietnam customs regulations, EPE requirements, and company policies.
· Resolve import-related issues, including customs clearance delays, shipment discrepancies, inspection findings, and document discrepancies.
2. Logistics Cost & Payment Control
· Review freight quotations and logistics service charges.
· Verify debit notes, shipping invoices, and customs-related charges for accuracy.
· Prepare and submit payment requests with supporting documents to the Finance team.
· Monitor logistics expenses and support cost control initiatives.
3. Logistics Coordination & Compliance
· Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
· Maintain accurate logistics records and ensure documentation is complete and audit ready.
· Support the implementation and continuous improvement of logistics procedures and SOPs.
· Collaborate with internal departments, including Purchasing, Warehouse, Planning, Production, and Finance, to ensure efficient logistics operations.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education
· Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Import-Export, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
· At least 2 years of experience in logistics, import/export, or international trade, preferably in a manufacturing or EPE company.
· Hands-on experience in customs procedures, import/export documentation, and shipment coordination.
· Experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government authorities.
· Experience in checking logistics invoices, debit notes, and payment documents is preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
· Knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and Incoterms.
· Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
· Good command of English, both written and spoken.
· Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
