Mô tả Công việc
- Plan, develop and implement effective marketing communication campaigns.
- Own the communication plan for the product category in charge to strengthen brand identity, define value propositions, reach target audiences, and ensure a consistent message across all platforms.
- Responsible for the content plan by writing copy, coordinating design assets, and scheduling high-performing posts/newsletters/articles across various channels.
- In charge of content production for sales collateral such as presentations, corporate profiles, product/solution brochures, leaflets, case studies, demo video, etc.
- Familiar with Canva/Capcut/AI to create visual ideas, design images and produce videos for the content plan.
- Execute marketing activities across online and offline channels, including website, social media, EDM, SEO/GEO/AEO, video, sales collateral and events.
- Manage social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Google Business, with a focus on increasing user engagement and exposure.
- Event/marketing activities coordination and moderation (webinars, events, workshops, exhibitions, etc.) with internal teams, partners, and vendors.
- Website management, analysis, and GA4 understanding to analyse customers' behaviour, content optimization, and identify marketing areas of improvement.
- Monitor ongoing plan & campaign spending against the budget, keep accurate records and highlight where variances occur.
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the management team.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in economics/marketing/commerce.
- At least 3 years' experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Content Marketing.
- Experience in B2B marketing and the healthcare industry which is advantageous.
- Proficient in content marketing, SEO, website management, EDM.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and web analytics.
- Able to work independently & under pressure with good multitasking & time management skills.
- Ability to evaluate and change priorities daily and to perform efficiently within a fast-paced team environment.
- Good to have: TikTok growth.
