Mô tả Công việc
1. Exporting, delivery procedure:
+ Receive order information and arrange shipping & customs procedures to deliver customers.
+ Execute shipment process on D365 system.
+ Contact customer for getting and checking information about orders before shipping out and do customs declaration.
+ Coordinate shipping with customs agent for clearance and delivery.
+ Responsible for the accuracy of documents and confirmation information in Customs declaration.
+ Arrange vehicle, ship mode for delivery.
+ Update shipping documents on deptshare and provide fully once having the request.
2. Solve problems related to shipments.
3. Report fully issues arise if any.
4. Keep record of shipment for payment and import-export documentation.
5. Checking and make payment for transportation agents.
6. Perform related tasks in the Logistics department when assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Working experience:
· College/University degree in Logistics, International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
· Minimum 2 years experience in logistics/import-export (manufacturing company or forwarder).
· Solid understanding of import-export documents, customs procedures, Incoterms, and HS Code.
· Experience working with forwarders, warehouses, and trucking providers
Skills and Personal Quality
· Good at Microsoft Office; ERP system is a plus.
· English communication.
· Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
· Problem-solving, time management skills.
· Detail-oriented, responsible, enthusiasm.
