🔍 Key Responsibilities
As a Legal Officer, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the company’s legal interests and ensuring compliance across all operations:
Contract Management
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, internal policies, and industry best practices.License & Compliance Management
Manage the full lifecycle of company licenses, including application, renewal, and maintenance, ensuring all business activities meet regulatory requirements.Legal Research & Advisory
Conduct in-depth legal research and provide timely, practical legal advice to support business decisions.Scheme & Documentation Review
Review internal documents and schemes to ensure completeness, clarity, and alignment with approved guidelines and legal standards.Intellectual Property (IP)
Oversee and handle matters related to the company’s intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, and related protections.Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to gather information, follow up on tasks, and ensure timely completion of legal processes.Regulatory Liaison
Work closely with government authorities and regulatory bodies to handle legal procedures, resolve issues, and ensure smooth compliance processes.Legal Administrative Support
Support day-to-day operations of the legal team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- 1–3 years of legal experience
- Basic knowledge of contracts, licensing, and compliance
- Ability to draft & review legal documents
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Good English communication (written & spoken)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
