Mô tả công việc
- Review and prepare all financial statements with strong knowledge and understanding of Vietnamese Financial Reporting (VAS) requirements, Taxation, rules and regulations.
- Ensure all month end, quarter end and year end reports and tax reports are filed accurately and timely.
- Ensure and enforce check and balance system on inventory, purchasing, cost accounting and fixed assets.
- Understand and experience with consolidation report.
- Provide leadership and hands-on of developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive, timely and accurate Accounting and Financial reporting, Financial Trends, Forecast, Consolidation, Budget, Business Plan and full Cash Flow Planning and Analysis.
- Finance: Ensure the company’s financial health, analyze results, forecast, establish, and maintain banking relationships.
- Ensure effective internal controls are in place.
- Oversees and update Company Policies and Procedure, including but not limited to Accounting, Procurement, IT, etc.
- Can lead, supervise, and train members of Accounting Department.
- Routine and effective communication with all team members and Owner’s Representative.
- Tax Audits, Year End Audits, and internal audits.

Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree in Accounting or Finance; Vietnamese Chief Accountant Certificate.
- Postgraduate degree in Business Management or Accounting, CPA or ACCA.
- Experienced with international accounting software, computer literate and highly proficient with spreadsheets, word processing programs, Microsoft Office.
- Excellent command of English, speaking and writing.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal, especially in Vietnamese.
- 3 years minimum experience as Chief accountant in a large-scale foreign corporation, 5 Star Serviced Apartment/ Hotel.
- Exceptional financial, administrative, analytical and management skills.
- Strong rapport skills.
- Mature, understand the important of confidentiality and be able to keep confidential information confidential.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills and can demonstrate ability to lead and develop other accounting staff.
