Mô tả công việc
- Maintain full set of accounting records and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports, management reports and other reports
- Review daily hotel revenue reports including room revenue, F&B revenue and other operating income.
- Review and prepare daily cash collection reports.
- Monitor and update information related to the Company's loan facilities.
- Prepare and submit periodic statistical reports to relevant government authorities in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Reconcile revenue between PMS system, POS system and accounting records.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely collection and payment.
- Prepare payment vouchers, journal entries and monthly accounting closing activities.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Control operating expenses and support department heads in budget monitoring.
- Prepare tax declarations including VAT, PIT and other statutory reports in compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
- Assist in preparing annual financial statements and coordinate with auditors, tax authorities and other government agencies when required.
- Maintain fixed asset register and inventory records.
- Conduct periodic inventory counts for operating supplies, food & beverage items and fixed assets.
- Ensure all accounting documents are properly filed and maintained.
- Support preparation of annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies and hotel operational procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Company Management.

Yêu cầu công việc
* Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
* Experience :
- 1 - 2 years of accounting experience
- Experience in hotel, hospitality, restaurant or service industry is preferred.
* Specific skills / abilities :
- Strong accounting and taxation knowledge.
- Financial reporting and reconciliation skills.
- Budgeting and cost control.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
* Personal qualities :
- Honest and trustworthy.
- Responsible and proactive.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Strong sense of confidentiality
