Mô tả công việc
- Handle reservation requests received via email, telephone, fax, reservation systems, the Sales Department, travel agents, or other booking channels.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of room types, room availability, selling techniques, rate structures, packages, and promotional offers.
- Receive and accurately enter reservation requests into the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
- Provide accurate information and respond promptly to inquiries and reservation requests from guests, business partners, and travel agents. Confirm room rates and applicable charges in accordance with the hotel's pricing structure.
- Prepare and regularly update reservation records, ensuring all required guest and booking information is complete and accurate.
- Work closely with the Front Office team and supervisors to manage reservation data and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Contact guests, travel agents, and business partners daily to confirm reservation details. Communicate relevant information to colleagues and other departments for proper follow-up.
- Strictly comply with the hotel's policies regarding the confidentiality of rates, pricing structures, payment terms, promotions, and special offers.
- Verify the accuracy of reservation details before forwarding them to the Front Office Department. Highlight any special guest requests to ensure appropriate arrangements are made.
- Ensure room availability records are accurate and up to date to support room sales activities.
- Monitor and maintain records of vouchers and guarantee letters, ensuring they match the information updated in the reservation system.
- Report any unusual situations, discrepancies, or operational issues to the Supervisor or Manager promptly.
- Update and maintain all reservation-related documents and records.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

•Minimum must have a vocational certificate, preferably a Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1 years of experience working in a Hotel/ Resort or well trained in this field is an advantage
• Have good communication skills and creative skills.
• Have English communication skills.
