Mô tả Công việc
Accounting Duties
- Issue VAT invoices and ensure accurate accounting records.
- Verify and record accounting transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare payment vouchers and process payments to local vendors and overseas agents.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
- Perform daily bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly accounting reports and support month-end closing activities.
- Prepare and submit VAT, PIT, and other tax-related reports in accordance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with external accounting/tax service providers and auditors when required.
- Maintain accounting documents and records properly.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Office Manager and BOD.
Insurance & HR Administration
- Monitor company insurance policies, including employee social insurance, health insurance, and other related insurance matters.
- Liaise with insurance authorities and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with labor and insurance regulations.
- Support travel arrangements, meetings, and company events when required.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office facilities.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting or Accounting & Administration roles.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or international trading companies is an advantage.
- Good understanding of Vietnamese accounting and taxation regulations.
- Experience in handling payments to overseas agents/vendors is preferred.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
