Mô tả công việc
- Greets customers entering establishments. Ensures all guests receive prompt and cordial welcome
- Ensures familiarity with company pricing, policies and procedures etc
- Answers customers' questions and provides information on products, services, procedures or policies
- Takes Guest golf reservations and sends booking confirmation if required
- Is responsible for the cash float under her custodian and money collected from the restaurant or golf course during her shift
- Checks correctness data printed in the guest bill, i.e. number of guests, guests’ signature, name and passbook number is put down. Returns the guest bill to Manager or Supervisor for correction in case of incomplete or wrong information
- Checks that guest bill is correctly charged and settled correctly to the proper account (cash, credit card, voucher)
- Checks the credit card for payment by credit card, in terms of obtaining authorization and procedures
- Issues receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
- Conducts frequent “checks and balances” including reconciliation at end of shift and end of day
- Any discount, void made must be approved by manager or supervisor in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Counts money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change/float
- Sorts, counts, and wraps currency and coins and provides to supervisor or financial department at end of shift/day or as and when required
- Is responsible for the POS machine, opens the shift when starting the duty, changes the date, does the shift – ends closing, informs the Supervisor if there is discrepancy or problem. Changes the date of credit card imprinter
- Ensures sufficient supply of guest bills, printing and stationery supplies
- Maintains cleanliness of cashier area
- Keeps the cashier office always attended and seeks replacement If wants to leave the office
- Resolves customer complaints
- Prepares the daily report and other reports as requested by the Supervisor
- Receives, unpacks, labels and displays merchandise sold in the Golf Shop, per direction from the Supervisor
- Ensures that the display area is fully stocked, clean and orderly at all times
- Maintains the clean orderly appearance of the Golf Shop throughout the day
- Works with all members of the Golf Shop Staff on periodic physical inventories
- Monitor stock levels & inform the Supervisor if any stock items are low level stock
- Assist guests to find the items they require in the Golf Shop
- Receives payment for items either in cash of credit card or, if approved, direct guest's charge. Anticipates the needs of guests and offering appropriate merchandise solutions. Becoming fully knowledgeable in all products and sales techniques
- Performs related duties as assigned or as necessary
- To comply with all standards of performance, behaviour, and operational policies and procedures in place at the golf club at all times
- Participates in internal and external activities that are judged as appropriate to enhance the prestige of the company; or broadens the scope of the company’s operations by fulfilling the public obligations of the company as a participating member of the community
- Performs other relevant duties as directed by the General Manager

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor Degree/College degree
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as Receptionist
- Computer and literacy and advanced English (4 skills)
- Time Management Skill, Solving Management skill
