Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement pricing and revenue strategies to maximize market share, occupancy, and profitability across all market segments and distribution channels.
Manage room rates, inventory, and distribution channels through PMS, RMS, IDEAS, Opera, OTA platforms, and other Revenue Management systems, ensuring pricing accuracy and timely updates.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, STR reports, OTA Insight, Hotel Intelligence, and business performance to optimize pricing strategies and revenue opportunities.
Develop and manage pricing strategies for corporate, group, wholesale, and transient business while ensuring compliance with company pricing policies and Best Rate Guarantee (BRG).
Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to plan promotions, contracts, and revenue initiatives that drive business performance.
Ensure compliance with Revenue Management standards, maintain rate plans and market segments, and lead system upgrades and revenue management initiatives.
Communicate revenue strategies, provide regular performance updates, and coach cross-functional teams on Revenue Management best practices.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Proficient in Opera PMS, IDEAS, or equivalent Revenue Management systems.
Strong analytical, planning, and forecasting skills.
Strong command of English.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Strategic mindset, proactive attitude, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
