Yêu cầu công việc
Requirement for application
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in the Hotel/Resort industry.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax regulations, budgeting, and financial management.
- Proficient in hotel management systems (e.g. Opera, Smile, SunSystems) and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a strong commercial mindset.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
