- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Information Counter, VIP Lounge, and customer service facilities.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Service team to ensure high service standards.
- Handle and resolve customer and tenant inquiries, complaints, and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with tenants and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with mall policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas, facilities, and tenant premises to ensure operational and visual standards are maintained.
- Manage customer service records, reports, lost & found items, and tenant documentation.
- Prepare staff schedules, monitor manpower allocation, and support departmental administration.
- Coordinate with Operations and Security teams on safety, emergency response, and fire prevention activities.
- Ensure customers and tenants receive accurate information regarding events, promotions, and mall services.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail, Shopping Mall Operations, or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle complaints and service recovery effectively.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
- Professional demeanor with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts.
