Mô tả Công việc
- Reconciling inventory data and resolving daily discrepancies.
- Coordinating with Production, Warehouse, and Purchasing departments to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Learning and applying ERP system functions in daily operations.
- Studying and understanding relevant accounting modules before executing the product costing process.
- Reviewing inventory data recorded in the ERP system and GL to identify potential errors.
- Calculating month-end inventory value for raw materials, tools, and WIP.
- Participating in month-end physical inventory counts and reconciling results.
- Extracting data from the customs declaration system for reporting and reconciliation.
- Monitoring daily scrap material weighing for accurate recording.
- Supporting in C/O and CD declaration and reporting.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Degree in Accounting/ Finance or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferable in manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of cost drivers and experience working with engineering, supply chain and sourcing partners.
- Experience in ERP systems is a must.
- Experience with multinational or sizable organization is an advantage.
- Experience in Vietnam customs clearance is an advantage.
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in PC knowledge including, Microsoft Excel & Words and Accounting software.
