Mô tả công việc
Supervise, train, and evaluate stewarding staff to ensure efficient performance and compliance with hotel standards.
Manage the cleaning, storage, and maintenance of kitchen equipment, utensils, chinaware, glassware, and silverware.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and occupational health & safety regulations.
Plan staff schedules and allocate manpower to meet operational requirements.
Monitor inventory levels of stewarding supplies, cleaning chemicals, and equipment, and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
Coordinate with Kitchen, Food & Beverage, and Engineering departments to support smooth daily operations.
Conduct regular inspections of stewarding areas and implement corrective actions where required.
Control departmental costs by minimizing breakage, loss, and waste while maintaining operational efficiency.
Prepare departmental reports and perform other duties assigned by the Executive Chef or Management.

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of stewarding experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of stewarding operations, kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP preferred).
- Good knowledge of kitchen equipment, cleaning chemicals, and safe handling procedures.
- Strong leadership, team management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate with Kitchen and F&B teams.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Good command of English is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
