1. Cross-Functional Operations Coordination
• Facilitate the execution of the Company's annual business and production plan in line with the Board's strategic direction.
• Ensure seamless coordination among divisions to maintain synchronized and efficient operations across the organization.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of operational policies, SOPs, and performance standards.
• Monitor emerging operational risks across production, commercial, and support functions and escalate findings to the CEO in a timely manner.
2. Production Department Coordination
• Work closely with Production Department teams to ensure continuous and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Track production capacity, product quality, unit costs, and overall plant efficiency; consolidate and report findings to the CEO on a regular basis.
• Monitor WWTP operations to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable environmental regulations and standards.
• Ensure all divisions adhere to occupational health and safety (OHS), fire prevention, environmental management, and industrial hygiene requirements.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities across plant and facility machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
3. Commercial & Business Development Coordination
• Support the development and monitor the implementation of annual commercial plans for materials trading and environmental services.
• Consolidate and track revenue, gross margin, accounts receivable, and profitability across business lines.
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key customers, target markets, and strategic partners.
• Identify and recommend initiatives to strengthen competitive positioning and expand market presence to the CEO.
4. Financial Coordination & Oversight
• Collaborate in the preparation of the annual financial plan and capital budget.
• Monitor revenue, cost, profit, and cash flow performance against plan; provide regular updates to the CEO.
• Oversee budget execution across units; identify variances and recommend timely corrective action.
• Propose cost optimization strategies and measures to improve return on capital employed.
5. Performance Management
• Collaborate in the design and rollout of a KPI framework across all divisions and departments.
• Consolidate and conduct periodic operational performance reviews across reporting units.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement to sustain gains in productivity and service quality.
6. Organizational Development
• Support the development of a succession pipeline for key managerial positions.
• Coach and develop mid-level managers to build leadership capability across the organization.
• Contribute to fostering a professional, accountable, and results-driven organizational culture.
