Mô tả công việc
- Schedule appointments and meet with existing customers to identify and qualify new business opportunities while presenting the hotel's current products and services.
- Plan and conduct on-site sales presentations for the hotel's Food & Beverage (F&B) products and services.
- Act as the primary liaison between the hotel and customers, providing up-to-date information on pricing, services, and promotional campaigns.
- Identify and qualify prospective customers through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Manage all reservations through the ResDiary system, including table layouts, bookings, and reservation reports.
- Stay up to date with new promotions, procedures, services, and operational tools by attending departmental meetings and training sessions.
- Manage the hotel's social media channels and respond promptly to customer inquiries related to F&B products and services.
- Utilize marketing data and sales management tools to maximize sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information, to support future sales activities.
- Meet with customers during hotel events and functions to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Prepare and provide quotations for products and services as requested by customers.
- Generate and secure group business for all hotel F&B outlets and banquet services.
- Develop business relationships with tour guides and travel agencies using the Sales & Marketing database.
- Achieve the assigned F&B revenue targets across all hotel outlets.

- Have organizational skills and planning skills
- Ability to communicate and present
