Mô tả công việc
- Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily administrative tasks.
- Organize internal meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support contract administration, document control, approval workflows, and payment follow-up.
- Assist with project-related administrative work and coordinate with the PM team as required.
- Provide English–Chinese translation and interpretation support for meetings, emails, and project documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other management documents as assigned.
- Handle other administrative tasks assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Linguistics, International Relations, or related fields.
- Experience: Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrative Specialist.
- English & Chinese: Fully fluent in both languages.
- Translation: Proven capability to provide live interpretation during meetings and translate official project documents or emails.
- MS Office: Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for preparing high-level management reports and presentations.
- Organization: Exceptional skills in calendar management, preparing agendas, and taking accurate meeting minutes.
- Admin Processes: Familiarity with contract administration, document control, approval workflows, and payment follow-ups.
- Soft Skills & Personal Attributes
- Confidentiality: Highest level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive business information.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate smoothly with the PM team and external parties.
- Reliability: Proactive mindset, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure.
