1. Key task 1/ Yêu cầu thứ 1: Warehouse Operations Management
Describe expectation of key task 1/ Mô tả chi tiết yêu cầu 1
Assist the Warehouse Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily warehouse operations.
Ensure efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of materials and finished goods.
Monitor workflow and allocate resources effectively to meet operational targets.
Ensure proper storage practices and compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles where applicable.
Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve operational efficiency.
2. Key task 2/ Yêu cầu thứ 2: Inventory Management

Maintain inventory accuracy through effective control processes and system management.
Support cycle counts and periodic physical inventory audits.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
Ensure timely and accurate transaction recording in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP system.

Supervise and guide warehouse staff to achieve departmental objectives.
Assign daily tasks and monitor employee performance and productivity.
Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to warehouse personnel.
Promote teamwork, employee engagement, and a positive working environment.
Participate in recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions when required.
4. Key task 4/ Yêu cầu thứ 4: Health, Safety, and Compliance

Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety standards and operational guidelines.
Conduct regular safety inspections and promote warehouse housekeeping standards, including 5S practices. Monitor safe operation, maintenance and periodic inspection of forklifts, racking systems and warehouse equipment to ensure operational reliability and safety.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses and implement preventive measures.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, ISO requirements, and audit expectations where applicable.
5. Key task 5/ Yêu cầu thứ 4: Process Improvement

Analyze warehouse performance data and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Participate in Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the implementation of warehouse technology, automation projects, and process enhancements.
Recommend cost-saving initiatives and operational best practices.
6. Key task 5/ Yêu cầu thứ 4: Reporting and Communication

Prepare and submit regular warehouse performance reports.
Monitor and report KPIs related to inventory accuracy, productivity, safety, and service levels.
Coordinate effectively with Production, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
Escalate critical operational issues to the Warehouse Manager and propose solutions.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education/ Học vấn: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related disciplines.
2. Experience/ Kinh nghiệm: Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience.
At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership position.
Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing or Distribution Center operations is preferred.
3. Technical Competencies/ Kiến thức chuyên môn:
Warehouse Operations Management.
Inventory Management & Warehouse KPI Monitoring.
WMS/ERP Systems.
EHS, ISO 45001 and Fire Safety (PCCC).
Forklift & Material Handling Equipment Safety.
Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving.
4. Skills & Ability/ Kỹ năng:
Leadership and people management.
Planning and organization skills.
Communication and stakeholder management.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Microsoft Excel, Power BI and ERP/WMS proficiency.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
