POSITION PURPOSE
This role is responsible for providing high quality and effective financial support to the business, maintaining financial and accounting services in accordance with internal procedures, good practice and statutory requirements. The role may include the supervision (but not directly report) of other Finance/ Accounting Officer/s.
MAJOR TASKS
- Prepare/Consolidate accurate reports required by Group and ensure deadlines are met. The reports include but not limited to flash report, month-end reporting pack, quarterly report, budget/rolling forecast;
- Communicate, analyze and interpret these reports;
- Support Finance Manager in working with independent audit and for issuance of audit consolidation financial statements and subsidiary’s audit report;
- Maintain a working knowledge of statutes to ensure all financial information meets the necessary statutory and regulatory compliance standards, including liaising with tax consultants, auditors to ensure legislative requirements are met;
- Assist Finance Manager in other regular and ad-hoc tasks.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics or equivalent degree
- Required language: English
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance/ accounting and at least 3 year’s experience in consolidating financial statements
- Good knowledge of Vietnam Accounting Standards and other Vietnam tax/finance regulation
- Self-starter who can produce great results with limited supervision
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
- Solid collaboration and communication skill
- High attention to details & strong time/priority management skills
- Flexible rotating roster that may include late nights, weekends and early mornings and flexible with uncertainties/changing priorities and under pressure.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working hours: 08:30am – 05:30pm, from Monday to Friday.
- Travelling within the country/region if required
